Solutions to Wall Affected Seepage Water!
Water seepage in the wall could be due to the stucco exterior walls are not waterproof (waterproof) or dampproof (moisture resistant). As a result, emerging splotches stain on the wall. Also in the interior paint will bubble because usually there is water trapped between the paint and the plane of the wall.
Solutions that can be taken include:
1. Cover the walls of your home with waterproofing coating type commonly sold in the shops of building materials.2. Coat the old stucco on the outside walls of the house with new plaster plus additives. Additives suitable for wall waterproofing is REDSEAL or weldcrete coatings. REDSEAL is waterproofing anti-damp (dampproof), while the coating is additive weldcrete mix mortar for waterproof applications.
3. Fix the cracks if there are cracks that cause seepage. If it has been repaired, continue to step number two.
4. If the seepage is not too severe, the old peeled paint on the damp or permeable to meet with acian / stucco walls, then wash with water and wait for it to dry. Once dry, use weldcrete coating additives at a dose of 1 kg to cover the walls of approximately 5 m2. Wait a few days and then re-paint the walls. We recommend that you do this in the dry season.
Good luck!
